2004-05: Outdoor - Set the outdoor record in the triple jump by placing sixth at the Duke Invitational with a leap of 38-04.25... Ran a season best 12.24 in the 100 meters at the Duke Invitational... Also long jumped 18-04.50 at the Duke meet to finish 12th. Indoor - Was named the Atlantic 10 Most Outstanding Female Field Performer after garnering wins in the long jump (18-07.00), triple jump (38-08.25) as well as two running events - 55 meters (7.12) and 200 meters (25.17)... Broke for individual records including the 55 meters (7.12), 60 meters (7.69), 200 meters (25.17) and the 55 meter hurdles (8.11).

2003-04: Outdoor - Set the outdoor record in the 100m hurdles event with a winning time of 14.41 at the VCU Invit... Placed second in the triple jump and third in the long jump at the VCU Invit... Placed sixth in the 100m with a program record 12.22, fourth in the 100m hurdles, fourth in the long jump and fourth in the triple jump at the Conference Championships. Indoor - Placed first in the 60m hurdles at the George Mason Invit... Set a record of 7.77 in the 60m dash at the Virginia Tech Challenge... Placed second in the triple jump and third in the long jump at the Atlantic 10 Championships earning All-Conference honors... Named to the 2004 Academic All-Conference Team.

2002-03: Outdoor - Set the triple jump, 400m and 800m relay records... Led the team in points scored at the Conference Championships. Indoor - Set the 55m, 60m, 55m hurdles, 60m hurdles, 200m and triple jump records at Richmond.

2001-02: Outdoor - Set three outdoor records in the triple jump, the 400m relay and the 800m relay. Indoor - Richmond's 2002 Most Valuable Athlete for indoor track & field... Set records in the 55m hurdles (8.39), 60m hurdles (9.26), 200m (25.85) and triple jump (37-10.75) during her freshman season... Finished second at the A-10 Championships in the triple jump to establish a new record and earn All-Conference honors... Placed fourth in the 55m hurdles at the A-10 Championships... Placed sixth in the 200m at the A-10 Championships establishing a record.

High school and personal data: Earned MVP honors for indoor and outdoor track teams as a senior... Selected to the Virginia AAA All-State team for both indoor and outdoor track & field... Was a Times Dispatch/Sports Backers Scholar Athlete... Earned Academic All-District, All-Region and All-Metro honors.
