6/19/08 Richmond Women's Basketball Welcomes New Assistant Mike McGuire After having great success coaching girls high school basketball, Virginia native Mike McGuire has joined the Richmond women's basketball program as an assistant coach. McGuire comes to Richmond from Roanoke where he has led Hidden Valley High School for the past two years.
6/19/08 Historic Millhiser Gym To Become Basketball Practice Facility Millhiser Gym, one of the oldest and grandest buildings on the University of Richmond campus still in use today, is prepping for a facelift that will restore its historic past while transforming the venue into a state-of-the-art men and women's basketball practice facility and a centerpiece for University and athletic department hospitality events.
6/2/08 Local Students Visit The Robins Center Richmond women's basketball head coach Michael Shafer and his staff welcomed first grade students from Mary Mumford Elementary School to the Robins Center for several activities.
